Chips and Salsa

I may be on site slaving away, but that doesn't mean that I don't have to eat. And since on site is Texas - a Mexican feast it was today. Not going to lie, this will not be my only Mexican meal this week. But tonight was the ever flowing fresh chips and salsas. Followed up with the most delicious fish tacos I have ever eaten. Dessert? More chips and salsa.

Next round? A sampler plate. The kind that has one of everything on it. Cause I gotta have my enchilada and tex mex tamale fill. Maybe tomorrow night - just maybe!
